Guideline for Technical Session Speakers
Oral Sessions
• Duration of the Presentation
The time generally allocated to each presenter depends on the number of papers in the session. For example, in the case of a 100-minute session with five papers, presentation is 17 minutes, Q&A is 3 minutes, and in the case of a 100-minute session with six papers, presentation time is reduced to about 14 minutes.

Poster Sessions
• Participants with an accepted poster paper must present their poster during the Poster Session. Only one poster wall area will be allocated for each poster paper. For the details, please refer to the followings.
• Each poster will be assigned a wall space of 84 cm (width) × 118 cm (height). This area can hold up to 10 A4-sized pages when they are arranged in landscape orientation. Please prepare your poster so that all contents fit within this space. Presentations may be prepared either as one single printed poster or as multiple well-designed A4 pages (up to 16 pages, depending on orientation and layout).
• The printed Poster hard copies should be taken to the conference, and will be posted to the poster area in the designated position. Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters. Authors who are presenting the poster are required to stand by their poster during each poster session. Please remove your poster after the assigned date and time. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
• If you have any questions regarding the poster presentation, please contact Prof. Haneul Ko (heko@khu.ac.kr).

• The submitted presentation video will be uploaded to the Online Proceedings website prepared by the conference and will be played during the corresponding session under the moderation of the session chair.
• Live presentations via Zoom or other real-time online platforms will NOT be supported.
• Please submit your presentation video by Wednesday, January 7, via the link provided below.
