Call for Papers


  GENERAL INFORMATION
We invite all members of the international computer communications and networking community to submit their works to the 40th International Conference on Information Networking (ICOIN) to be held in the beautiful city of Hanoi, Vietnam from January 14-16, 2026. ICOIN is organized by the Korea Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers (KIISE). It is technically co-sponsored by IEEE and IEICE(pending). Since its inception as the Joint Workshop on Computer Communication in 1986, ICOIN has been the most comprehensive conference on advances in computer communication and networking technologies for 40 years. Computer communication and networking technologies have changed every aspect of our lives and society. ICOIN 2026 will continue to play a pivotal role in the new IT paradigms which will influence various sectors of society in the future. Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that demonstrate recent advances in computer communication, wireless/mobile networks, and converged networks from both theoretical and practical perspectives.

  SUBMISSIONS AND PUBLICATION
Authors are invited to submit full papers (5~6 pages) or short papers (3~4 pages) electronically as PDF files through EDAS. The direct link for paper submission is https://edas.info/N33770. Details about the submission process including formatting instructions will be available at the conference website, http://www.icoin.org. Papers must be submitted using the IEEE conference template. The direct link for the template is https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. All submitted papers are subject to peer reviews by the technical program committee members. Accepted papers for presentation in the conference will appear in the proceedings which will be available to participants during the conference. More details will be made available in subsequent announcements and on our website. There will be best paper awards for outstanding contributed papers. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and made available in IEEE Xplore(pending).
