  Registration Policy
  • All accepted papers must be registered in Author Registration and presented at the conference. If multiple papers are accepted, each paper SHOULD be registered at Author Registration fee.
  • Author Registration for the presentation and publication of the accepted paper should be made by December 5, 2025. The Author Registration includes plenary sessions, paper sessions, three lunches, refreshments, welcome reception, conference banquet, and electronic download of the proceeding.
  • Participant Registration (General Participant Registration or Student Participant Registration) includes plenary sessions, paper sessions, three lunches, refreshments, welcome reception, conference banquet, and electronic download of the proceeding. Please note that conference banquet is not included in student registration.
  Method of Payment

  • Payment by credit card is available through the online procedure.
