Authors presenting papers at ICOIN 2026 are kindly requested to note the following.

1. Please check which session your paper is assigned to.

2. Session assignments were finalized through internal discussions within the TPC Committee; therefore, requests to change session assignments will not be accepted in principle.

3. The Paper Title, Authors, and Affiliation information will be printed in the program book exactly as shown in the draft. If you find any errors, please email support@manuscriptlink.com (please make sure to include “ICOIN” in the email subject) to request corrections.

4. To present at ICOIN 2026, Final Manuscript, Copyright, and Registration (as shown in the draft program) must be confirmed. If any item is missing, please complete the process via EDAS (https://icoin.org/authors_paperSubmission) and the registration site (https://icoin.org/registration_reg) as soon as possible. If any of these items is not confirmed, your paper will be excluded from the program.

5. The draft program is updated once every 24 hours, and it will be finalized in one week.

6. ICOIN 2026 is primarily an in-person conference, so the presentation type (as shown in the draft program) is set to On-site by default. Live Zoom presentations are allowed only for authors with unavoidable constraints; if needed, email support@manuscriptlink.com (please make sure to include “ICOIN” in the email subject) with your EDAS ID and Paper Title, and the draft will be updated accordingly.
